Back to Work I Go…

Posted in Buggle Bite, Friends, Motherhood, Parenting tagged , , at 9:15 pm by Momma

My four day weekend is over! 😡 I could really get used to long weekends like that! Lets say seven day weekends?! I wish! Tomorrow I have to go in at 8 am to cover a domestic violence group for a coworker! What a way to start the day, huh? Tomorrow will officially be the earliest I have been to work since having Aidan! I have been loving every minute of it by the way!

Today baby Isabel came over to play with Aidan and bring back all the baby stuff her Mommy and Daddy borrowed. She is so stinkin’ cute! They just about have the same color hair and eyes! Aidan tried to coax her into his love cave, but she was a good girl and maintained a proper arms distance!

Come On In

While they were here Aidan fiddled with the monitor heater (like he always does) and Isabel’s Daddy asked, “Does he ever turn it off, and then a few hours later you guys are wondering why it is so cold in here.”

My response, “Only everyday!” And true to my answer the little stinker pot turned off the heater, and we left for dinner at Auntie Seimeen’s and came back to FIFTY TWO degrees!!! We all kept our jackets on for the next hour! 🙄 I suppose it didn’t help that the high for the day was 15! BURRR

It’s tough to get to mad with a face like this! 😀

Hey, nine readers a little weak on the commenting…dontcha think?!

    Hey! I’ve been commenting!

I LOVE that last picture, he looks so grown up…and his hair looks RED!

I’m glad Aidan likes the thermostat. My child, currently nameless, thinks that the fire poker and and electric cord are the greatest inventions in the world. It’s crazy trying to keep her away from them.

😉 How about that cute Macaw bird that Auntie Lar & Uncle CJ might have to get little buggle boy for a belated 1 1/2 yr bday gift??!! 😆

the pool boy says ola! you may need to raise your heater up arount 6 or seven feet, or if he keeps having friends over get another one and hide it

I agree with Auntie Manda, Aidan looks so grown up in the last one! Deeder’s hair currently looks red in quite a few pictures…somehow I doubt it’ll stay for him though. I hope you adjust to being back at work, I bet that’s hard.
I’d better admit that sometimes I still wish I were working. If we were planning on having just two kids then I so would after Carly’s done with nursing. Anyway, everyone’s different. Maybe I’ll be like my mom–back to work and finish college at 55!
