Off He Goes…
Okay, since I got one more comment tonight I will treat you all with the latest Buggle news: he took his first steps tonight!!! He walked 4-5 times between the two couches in the sun room, and then about six feet from Dad-Oh to past the front door. He went from the carpet to the hardwood even! I got a small amount of video but not much, it is very hard to coax him and film at the same time. It was so nice because Dad-Oh and I were both home! What was important enough for him to toddle too? A bottle of birthday bubbles from Carly Jo!
Hopefully, I can get some better footage tomorrow morning. The little guy is growing up so fast!

Happy First Birthday, Aidan James!
Well The Buggle’s first birthday has come and gone. And honestly, I don’t know who is more tired him or me! To say he made out like a bandit would be a major understatement! Dad-Oh made the comment that he has more and better toys than they do at the play groups I take him to! He said I should start having play group here!
I wanted to treat my loyal readers who I know are chomping at the bit for birthday cake pictures tonight…even though I am falling asleep at the keyboard! I’m just that nice!

Chatter Box
My goodness do we have a little chatter box on our hands lately! The Buggle is just jabbering away almost all day long. He definitely has his own little language going on. You ask him a question and I swear he answers you in his own little way! It’s adorable! A few nights ago during tubby time he was standing up looking for Dad-Oh and yells, “CASEY!” Shocked, Dad-Oh says, “Did you just call me, Casey?” And he pipes back not once, but twice with CASEY, CASEY! Dad-Oh kept saying, “No! Daddy, daddy!”
Then today in the car when we were heading down to the dock to meet Dad-Oh, I said “Aidan, we’re going to to see Daddy!” And he piped back, “Daaaeee?” And then squealed a little!
I have been a busy little bee trying to get ready for Dad-Oh’s birthday tomorrow and The Buggle’s big day on Thursday. Having their birthday’s back to back is going to be a challenge through the years!
BTW, Auntie Manda and Laura…NICE TRY!!! I’ll let you both go first before I even THINK about entertaining the idea of number two!!!

Fixin’ Dinner
Okay, so it’s not quite shake and bake–but he did help! Dad-Oh would toss the veggies with the spatula and The Buggle would watch ever so closely. When it came his turn to try he knew right what to do! Tossin’ and a flippin’! He was so darn proud of himself too! He ate those veggies up like they were going out of style!
Look at the beautiful reflection of our view in the window! Such a nice night!
